Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — PNW Sanitary allows order cancellations on any order that has not yet shipped. Because we process orders quickly, we recommend submitting your request as soon as possible.

To help us locate your order quickly, include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

When an Order Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has been packaged for shipment or has left our Olympia, Washington warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.

If the order has already shipped:
You may still return eligible items by submitting a request through your customer account. Standard return eligibility and restocking fees apply.

How We Process Cancellation Requests

Upon receiving your email, we will make every effort to intercept the order before it is handed off to the carrier. While we cannot guarantee cancellation in all cases, we will notify you promptly once your request is reviewed.
