Can I Combine Two or More Orders?
PNW Sanitary does not combine orders once they are placed. Each order is processed as an individual transaction to ensure accuracy, traceability, and timely fulfillment.
If you need items from multiple orders shipped together, the best option is to request cancellation of the unshipped orders and place a new, consolidated order.

Required Information
To process the cancellation and allow you to place a combined order, please include:
- All order numbers you would like cancelled
- The email address used at checkout
- Confirmation that you intend to place a new combined order
When Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders that have already been packaged or have left our Olympia, Washington warehouse cannot be cancelled or modified. In these cases, the orders will ship separately.
Why Orders Cannot Be Combined
To maintain accurate inventory, consistent processing, and reliable delivery timelines, all orders are treated as separate transactions from the moment they are submitted. This ensures that:
- Each order receives its own tracking number
- Items are processed in the order they are received
- Fulfillment accuracy is not impacted by manual adjustments
If Your Orders Are Still Eligible for Cancellation
If the orders have not yet shipped, our support team will cancel the applicable orders and void the payment authorization. You may then place a new, consolidated order at your convenience.
