Yes — PNW Sanitary offers local order pickup at our Tumwater, Washington warehouse. This option is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person after placing an order online.

Before You Arrive

Please note that we are not a retail storefront and do not have a showroom or walk-in browsing available. All orders must be submitted through our website before arriving for pickup, as we are unable to accept or process in-person purchases at the warehouse.

When Your Order Is Ready

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with:

• Pickup instructions
• Our warehouse address
• The designated pickup area

Most in-stock orders placed before our daily fulfillment cutoff time are eligible for same-day pickup.
