Can I Return Used or Installed Items?Updated a day ago

Are Used or Installed Items Eligible for Return?

No. PNW Sanitary cannot accept returns on any item that has been used, installed, modified, or shows signs of handling or wear. All returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Examples of Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Fittings that show tool marks, scratches, dents, or surface wear
  • Gaskets that have been compressed, installed, or cleaned
  • Tubing or spool assemblies that have been cut, welded, or altered
  • Items exposed to chemicals, CIP/SIP processes, or cleaning agents
  • Products missing protective caps, seals, or packaging

Why Used Items Cannot Be Accepted

Because sanitary components are used in food, beverage, dairy, and high-purity applications, we are unable to resell any product that has been installed or may have come into contact with process material. This ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Type

If your item is unused and within the 30-day return window, you may submit a standard return request through your customer account. Restocking fees and eligibility rules apply.
