Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No—creating an account is not required to place an order at PNW Sanitary. You may check out as a guest at any time.

However, creating an account provides several benefits, including faster checkout and easy access to past orders, invoices, and returns.


Benefits of Creating an Account

With a PNW Sanitary account, you can:

  • View your complete order history
  • Download PDF invoices for accounting and tax documentation
  • Submit and track returns
  • Save shipping addresses for faster checkout
  • Store payment methods via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or (for B2B customers) secure stored credit cards
  • Access wholesale pricing once approved for our B2B program

Because of these features, we strongly recommend creating an account—especially for repeat purchasers, buyers, and distributors.


How to Create an Account

You can create an account anytime:

  1. Go to the PNW Sanitary website.
  2. Click the Account link in the site header.
  3. Select Create account or Register.
  4. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password.

If you previously placed orders as a guest, those orders may sync automatically if you create an account with the same email address used at checkout.


Wholesale & B2B Accounts

Customers applying for B2B or wholesale pricing will still create a standard customer account first. After your application is approved, your account will update to reflect your assigned pricing and terms.
