Yes — PNW Sanitary ships to many international destinations. We offer several international shipping options through UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Live rates, including any applicable duties and taxes for select services, are shown directly in the checkout process.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PNW Sanitary is not able to provide duty or tax estimates.
We cannot modify invoices to reduce declared values for the purpose of lowering duties or taxes.
Payment Methods for International Orders
We accept several payment methods for international orders:

International payment transactions are monitored for security purposes. PNW Sanitary may cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent.
Insurance & Claims
International shipment insurance coverage varies by carrier and service level. Additional insurance may be purchased upon request.
For lost or damaged international shipments:
- PNW Sanitary will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
- Claims may take 30–60 days depending on the carrier’s processing times
- Claim reimbursement is determined by the carrier and may not equal the full value of the goods
Transit Times
International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier service level. Shipments may experience additional delays due to import inspections, customs backlogs, or regional carrier capacity.
International Order Policy
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure item compatibility with their application before placing an order.
PNW Sanitary is unable to provide prepaid return labels for international shipments or accept returns across international borders.
