Why Create a PNW Sanitary Account?
A PNW Sanitary account makes it easier to manage orders and repeat purchasing. With an account, you can:
- View your full order history
- Download invoices and order details
- Submit and track returns
- Save company and shipping information
- Access B2B pricing and tools (for approved wholesale accounts)
How to Create an Account
You can create an account directly from our website in just a few steps:
- Go to the PNW Sanitary website.
- Click the Account or Log In link in the site header.
- Select Create account or Register.
- Enter your name, email address, and a secure password.
- Submit the form to create your account.
You may receive a confirmation email asking you to verify your email address. If you do, follow the link in that email to activate your account.
Creating an Account After Placing an Order
If you checked out as a guest previously, you can still create an account using the same email address you used at checkout. Once created, eligible past orders made with that email will be associated with your account automatically.
Wholesale / B2B Accounts
If you are applying for wholesale or B2B pricing, you will still create a standard customer account first. After your B2B application and resale certificate are reviewed and approved, your account will be updated to reflect your assigned pricing and terms.
