There Are Three Ways to Get a Copy of Your Invoice

PNW Sanitary provides multiple options for accessing invoices, depending on your accounting or documentation needs.


1. Download From Your Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email includes a link labeled:

"Need a PDF copy of the invoice? Click here!"

Clicking this link will download a PDF copy of your invoice instantly.


2. Download From Your PNW Sanitary Account

You can access all past orders and invoices directly through your online account:

  1. Log in to your PNW Sanitary account
  2. Select Orders
  3. Choose the order you need
  4. Click Download Invoice to save a PDF copy

This method is recommended for frequent purchasers or B2B customers needing quick access to past invoices.


3. Request a Copy From Our Support Team

If you’re unable to access your invoice or require a version showing payment status, you may email our support team at:

[email protected]

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
Need a zero-balance or paid-in-full invoice?
We can provide a copy of our internal invoice showing that the balance has been paid. This is often required for brewery, food-processing, and industrial accounting workflows.
