How to Log In to Your Account
You can access your PNW Sanitary account from any device. Here's how to log in:
- Go to the PNW Sanitary website.
- Click the Account or Log In link in the top menu.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Enter your password and click Sign In.
If you use Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you may also see quick login options depending on your device.
How to Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it at any time:
- Go to the Account or Log In page.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
The reset email usually arrives within 1–2 minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
If You Did Not Receive a Reset Email
If the password reset email does not arrive:
- Confirm that you are using the same email you used at checkout or during registration.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Try searching your email for: "PNW Sanitary" or "password reset".
If you still cannot access your account, our support team can help verify your identity and assist with access.
No Password? You May Be Using “Magic Link” Login

Wholesale & B2B Login
If you applied for a wholesale account, you will use the same login page. Once approved, your wholesale pricing and B2B tools appear automatically when logged in.
