How Do I Request MTR Documentation?

PNW Sanitary provides Material Test Reports (MTRs) for stainless steel fittings, tubing, and other applicable components. MTRs include heat/lot certification details, chemical composition, and material properties for verification and compliance purposes.

All MTRs are issued on official PNW Sanitary letterhead and delivered electronically as PDF files.

For fastest processing, please include the following information in your request:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The specific item(s) you need MTRs for

If you are requesting MTRs for multiple lots, please list each item individually.

Availability of MTRs

MTRs are available for most stainless steel products, including fittings and tubing.
Gasket materials generally do not include MTR documentation.
If an item does not have an MTR (rare), our team will notify you immediately.

All MTRs are stored by heat/lot number and matched to your order at the time of shipment.

Processing Time

MTR requests are typically processed within one business day.
Large or multi-lot requests may require an additional day.
MTRs are delivered electronically as PDF attachments.
