Saving Shipping Addresses
Your PNW Sanitary account allows you to save multiple shipping addresses for faster checkout. This is especially helpful for facilities with multiple receiving docks or customers who manage multiple locations.
To add or save an address:
- Log in to your PNW Sanitary account.
- Click Account in the site header.
- Select View Addresses.
- Click Add Address or Edit an existing one.
- Save your changes.
You may also set a default shipping address which will automatically appear during checkout.
Saving Payment Methods
For security and PCI compliance, PNW Sanitary does not store full credit card numbers directly in your account. Saved payment methods are handled through your preferred checkout wallet:
- Shop Pay — saves cards and allows accelerated checkout
- Apple Pay — stores cards in your Apple Wallet
- Google Pay — stores cards in your Google Wallet
- PayPal — manages stored cards and bank accounts within PayPal
Because these wallets manage the payment details, updates must be made within the wallet—not in your PNW Sanitary account dashboard.
How to Update Saved Payment Methods
Shop Pay:
Visit the Shop Pay management page using the link provided during checkout or from inside the Shop App. You can update or remove cards anytime.
Apple Pay:
Update cards from your device’s Wallet app.
Google Pay:
Go to pay.google.com or open the Google Wallet app.
PayPal:
Log in to your PayPal account → Settings → Payments → Manage cards/bank accounts.
If your saved payment method fails during checkout, removing and re-adding the card in your wallet usually resolves the issue.
B2B Accounts & Saved Information
Wholesale and B2B customers can save multiple locations, ship-to addresses, and buyer contacts. This is helpful for multi-facility manufacturers, distributors, and processors who require different delivery points or purchasing identities.
Saving payment methods for B2B customers:
Approved B2B accounts may optionally store a credit card on file within Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant vault. This makes it quick and easy for purchasing teams to place repeat orders without re-entering card details.
PNW Sanitary does not have access to full card numbers—only the last four digits are visible to our staff for identification purposes.
