How Do I Track My Shipment?Updated a day ago

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order ships from our Olympia, Washington warehouse, a tracking number is automatically emailed to you. This number allows you to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.

If you created an account during checkout, you can also view tracking details anytime by visiting:
Your Account › Orders

Carrier Scan Delays

UPS and USPS may require up to 24 hours after pickup to update tracking information. During this time, it’s normal for a package to show:

  • “Label Created”
  • “Shipment Ready for UPS/USPS”
  • No movement or no origin scan

This does not indicate an issue with the shipment.

Tracking Status Explanations

Status: “Label Created”
The shipment has been prepared and is awaiting the carrier’s first scan.
Status: “In Transit”
The carrier has scanned your package and it is moving through their network.
Status: “Out for Delivery”
The package is on a local delivery vehicle and should arrive that day.
Status: “Delivered”
The carrier has marked the package as delivered. If you don't see it, review the guidance below.

If Tracking Shows No Movement

If your package shows no movement for more than 48 hours after the carrier’s first scan, it may indicate:

  • A temporary carrier delay
  • A missed scan during transit
  • A routing irregularity

If the package has not updated after 48 hours, feel free to contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.

If Tracking Shows Delivered But You Don’t See the Package

If the carrier marks the shipment as delivered but it is not present:

  • Confirm the delivery address
  • Check around entryways, side doors, or receiving areas
  • Ask other team members or departments who may have signed for it
  • Wait one additional business day — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early

If the package does not appear within one business day, please reach out to us so we can open a trace with the carrier.

International Tracking

International shipments may switch carriers once they reach the destination country. Tracking updates may:

  • Be delayed during customs clearance
  • Display limited visibility after leaving the United States
  • Appear on the destination country’s postal website instead of USPS
