How to Update Your Account Information

You can update most of your saved account information directly from your customer dashboard. This includes your name, company name, phone number, and default shipping address.

1. Log in to your PNW Sanitary account.
2. Select Account in the site header.
3. Click View Addresses or Edit Profile depending on the information you want to change.
4. Update your details and save your changes.

Updating Shipping Addresses

You can save multiple shipping addresses and set a default for future orders. To add or update addresses:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select View Addresses.
3. Choose Add Address, Edit, or Delete.

Changes to your address book take effect immediately for future orders.

Updating Payment Information

PNW Sanitary does not store or manage full credit card details in your account. Saved payment methods are managed through:

• Shop Pay (edit via the Shop Pay management page)
• Apple Pay or Google Pay (edit in your device wallet)

If a payment method fails during checkout, remove and re-add the card within your digital wallet.

Changing Your Account Email

Your account email can be changed from within your profile, as long as you still have access to your existing email.

If you no longer have access to the old email or cannot update it, contact us and we will assist after verifying your identity.

Updating Your Business Information (B2B Accounts)

If you have a wholesale or B2B account and need to update business details such as:

• Company name
• Billing or shipping addresses
• Resale certificate
• Buyer contacts

Please contact our support team so we can update your B2B profile and ensure your pricing, documents, and account status remain correct.
