Can I Change the Payment Method on an Existing Order?

No. Once an order has been submitted, the payment method used at checkout cannot be changed or modified. This is a platform-wide limitation for security and payment authorization reasons.

If you need to use a different card or payment method, the best option is to:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request cancellation (if the order has not yet shipped), and
  2. Place a new order using your preferred payment method.

Updating Your Payment Method for Future Orders

You can choose a different payment method during checkout at any time. If you have saved cards through Shop Pay or your browser’s wallet, you can manage or remove them directly within those services.

PNW Sanitary does not store full card numbers or allow manual updates to payment information inside your customer account.

  • To update Shop Pay details: follow the prompts in the Shop Pay login screen.
  • To update Apple Pay or Google Pay: update your card in the wallet app on your device.

Payment Method Not Working?

If your saved card fails during checkout, you may need to:

  • Remove and re-add the card in your digital wallet
  • Clear your browser’s saved payment methods
  • Use another available payment option (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal if available)
