How to View Your Order History
Your full order history is available anytime through your PNW Sanitary customer account. This includes retail orders, B2B orders, and any invoices associated with your purchases.
- Log in to your PNW Sanitary account.
- Click the Account link in the site header.
- Select Orders to view all past and current orders.
Each order entry will display:
- Order number
- Order date
- Order status (processing, fulfilled, delivered, returned)
- Tracking information (if shipped)
- Total amount paid
Downloading Invoices
Every order includes a downloadable PDF invoice. You can access invoices in three ways:
- From the order confirmation email:
Look for the link labeled “Need a PDF copy of the invoice? Click here!” - From your account dashboard:
Open any order and select Download Invoice. - By email:
Contact our support team if you need a copy showing a $0.00 balance or proof of payment for accounting records.
If you require an internal invoice showing payment status for bookkeeping or tax purposes, our team can provide one upon request.
If Your Order Is Not Showing in Your Account
If you placed an order as a guest or checked out before creating an account, the order may not appear automatically. You can still link it by:
- Creating an account using the same email address used at checkout
Any eligible past orders under that email will sync to your account automatically.
B2B Order History
Wholesale and B2B customers can access all past orders—including discounted pricing and freight details—once logged in.
