What Is the Restocking Fee?
All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the refund amount once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Why We Charge a Restocking Fee
The restocking fee supports the costs associated with:
- Inspecting returned items for damage, wear, or contamination
- Cleaning and repolishing stainless when necessary
- Repackaging products into new sanitary-grade packaging
- Protecting inventory accuracy and quality standards
When the Restocking Fee Applies
The restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, including:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or connection type
- Unwanted items or change-of-mind returns
- Over-ordered quantities
When the Restocking Fee Does Not Apply
The restocking fee is waived in cases where:
- PNW Sanitary shipped the incorrect item
- A product arrives damaged and is verified through the carrier claim process
How to Avoid Restocking Fees
