PNW Sanitary fulfills orders quickly and accurately. Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Schedule

Exceptions & Additional Processing Time

Although most orders ship the same day, some may require additional processing time—especially during periods of high order volume or if an order requires additional verification.

Large-volume orders and palletized freight shipments may require an additional 1–2 business days for preparation.

Backordered Items

If an item is backordered, our team will notify you with options, including:

• Holding the order until all items are in stock
• Shipping available items immediately and sending backordered items separately

Expedited Shipping Requests

All expedited shipments (such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air) are prioritized and typically ship the same business day when placed before the cutoff.
