Accepted Payment Methods
PNW Sanitary accepts several secure payment methods for online orders. Available options may vary slightly based on your location and device, but generally include:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where supported)
- PayPal (when available at checkout)
All payments are processed securely through our checkout system. PNW Sanitary does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Payment for B2B and Larger Orders
Most B2B customers place and pay for orders directly through our website using the standard payment options listed above. For high-volume purchasing or recurring orders, additional arrangements may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Currency
PNW Sanitary displays and accepts payment in U.S. dollars (USD) as well as in the local currency of your viewing location. Your currency is selected automatically based on your region, and you may switch to USD at any time using the currency selector on our website.
Orders paid in a foreign currency are securely processed at the current conversion rate provided by our payment provider. If you prefer to pay in USD, simply change the currency display before checkout.
Why does the final amount on my bank statement look different?
If you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional conversion fees. These rates can differ from those used at checkout, which may cause a small variation in the final amount shown on your statement.
PNW Sanitary does not add or control any foreign transaction fees. For questions regarding conversion or international card fees, please contact your bank or card provider directly.
Payment Security
Our checkout uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details. All payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not accessible to PNW Sanitary staff.
When Is My Card Charged?
Payment is typically authorized and captured at the time your order is placed. If an authorization fails or is declined by your bank, your order will not be completed and no charges will be applied.
