What the Return Policy Covers
Our Return Policy includes important information such as:
- Which items are eligible for return
- 30-day return window for new, unused items
- Restocking fee (15%) applied consistently to all eligible returns
- Non-returnable items (custom orders, used items, international orders, etc.)
- Packaging requirements to prevent damage during return transit
- Refund timelines and processing
- Instructions for reporting damage or incorrect items
How to Start a Return
All returns must be submitted through our online self-serve returns system, located inside your customer account. You can:
- Log in using the email address used at checkout
- Select the order you’d like to return
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return
- Submit the request directly to our support team
If you cannot access your account, our support team is happy to assist.
Important Notes
No Exchanges: We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Incorrect Items Shipped: If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label and reship the correct item at no cost.
Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the box, packaging, and product. Do not discard packaging until the claim is complete.
