PNW Sanitary inspects every returned item to ensure it meets our return eligibility standards. If your return was denied, it means the item did not meet one or more requirements of our return policy.

Common Reasons a Return Is Denied

  • The item shows signs of use or installation
    Products that have been used, installed, welded, scratched, cleaned, or altered cannot be accepted.
  • The item arrived damaged due to poor packaging
    Sanitary components must be returned in the same protective condition in which they were shipped. Damage caused by inadequate packaging makes the item ineligible for refund.
  • The item is missing original packaging
    When applicable, items must include protective bags, caps, sleeves, or manufacturer packaging.
  • The item is a clearance, discontinued, or custom-made product
    These items are final-sale and not eligible for return.
  • The return request was made after the 30-day return window
    Returns outside the eligibility window cannot be accepted.
  • The item was shipped internationally
    All international orders are final sale.

How to Avoid Return Issues

  • Only return new, unused items
  • Package items with adequate protection to avoid transit damage
  • Verify the correct item is being returned before shipping
  • Submit all return requests through your account before shipping anything back
