Can You Send Me a Zero-Balance Invoice?Updated a day ago
Do You Provide Zero-Balance or Paid-in-Full Invoices?
Yes. If you need documentation showing that an order has been fully paid and no balance remains, PNW Sanitary can provide a zero-balance (paid-in-full) invoice upon request.
These are often used for:
- Internal accounting and audit records
- Reimbursement requests
- Brewery, food-processing, or industrial purchasing documentation
What You Receive by Default
By default, all customers receive:
- An order confirmation email at the time of purchase
- Access to a downloadable invoice from their PNW Sanitary account
For many customers, these documents are sufficient for record-keeping. If you specifically need a document that clearly states $0.00 due or paid in full, we are happy to provide an internal invoice copy.

Invoice Amounts and Modifications
PNW Sanitary cannot modify invoice amounts, reduce product prices, or alter line items for the purpose of changing tax, duty, or reimbursement outcomes. The zero-balance invoice will reflect the actual amounts charged at the time of purchase.
